The opening of the first Russian diaper and panty production was held December 11 on the territory of the Cotton Club Production Complex.

The opening ceremony was attended by Maralbek Habsattarov, president of the Cotton Club Group, Sergey Yurov, mayor of Balashikha, Dmitry Kolobov, director of the department for the development of the Industry of Socially Significant Goods of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, Anton Loginov, Deputy Minister of Investments and Innovations of the Moscow region, and other key partners of the company.

“Every year we launch a new line or new production facilities. We have a full production cycle. We are focused on social responsibility, so the company's task is to create new jobs, high-quality products, tax revenues to budgets, including the one of Balashikha”, said Maralbek Gabsattarov

“Cotton Club is one of the largest companies located in Balashikha. More than two thousand people work here. Despite the difficult economic situation, the company looks ahead with confidence, constantly developing. The plans are to compete with the largest multinational companies on the market. We discuss further projects to expand production. The company has an active social attitude. This applies to approaches to employees, participation in social projects, environmental issues”, said Sergey Yurov.

The area of ​​the opened production shop is 2,500 m2. Manufacture of diapers and panties is carried out on the most modern Japanese equipment, which is exclusively produced by the Watashi Corporation (Japan). The equipment is fully automated in all units and operates without human participation, which allows to obtain a hygienic product of high quality. Cotton Club is the only Russian manufacturer working on such equipment.

The event guests also visited the diapers and panties production shop where they found out about the main units of equipment and its uniqueness.
