On September 1, 2017, Cotton Club launched its own diaper production in Russia.

Diaper production is carried out on innovative Japanese equipment, which is exclusively produced by the Watashi Corporation (Japan).

The equipment is fully automated in all units and operates without human participation, which allows to obtain a high quality hygienic product. Cotton Club became the first of Russian manufacturers working on such equipment.

The equipment’s capacity allows producing 400 pieces of diapers per minute and up to 4.5 million pieces per month.

The company sets high quality requirements when choosing suppliers of raw materials for diapers, thus the raw materials are purchased from leading manufacturers from Japan, Germany, Turkey and China.
